Our pricing is simple - based on the services you choose to utilise and the number of rooms at your establishment - as follows:
Room service (Note 1)
US$90 per month for up to 100 rooms
US$0.30 for each additional room
Each Outlet (Note 2)
US$50 per month
Service requests (Note 3)
US$50 per month
Hotel information (Note 4)
US$35 per month

US$1.95 for the first day of usage in a room in a calendar month
US$1.45 for each day of usage in a room in a calendar month thereafter
Chat feature
US$10 for up to 100 rooms
US$0.30 for each room thereafter
Each additional language
US$500 one-off (other than English)
Notes
1. Room service is defined as the main way food is delivered to guests in the rooms, and can be either from the hotel or from one external food provider.
2. An Outlet is any amenity other than room service that has a ‘menu’. This can be a restaurant in the hotel (where the menu is for viewing purposes only); the spa (where guests can request certain treatments); or external food providers (whose food can be delivered to guests in their rooms).
3. Service requests are any other listed requests (ie other than food orders or booking requests) that guests can make
3. The section on Hotel Information is for any other information the hotel wishes to provide which does not require interaction between the guests and the hotel.
4. The Chat feature enables guests to readily connect with the hotel’s guest services function – via whichever chat feature (Whatsapp, WeChat, Line, Skype, etc) that the guest feels most happy using.
